Our water contains low mineralization which is caused by long and natural filtering through bedrock for approx. 5,000 years. The Icelandic water is different to all the regular mineral and spring waters. It has a higher pH level and the molecular structure is different. The water is mainly H3O2 and less H2O resulting in more  electrons. This gives it a stronger anti-oxidation effect compared to other waters.
