Icelandic spring water in its original purity
Our water contains a low mineralization, caused by the high age of the water and the natural filtering by volcanic rock.
The icelandic water is different to all the regular mineral and spring waters.
The reason for the high pH is the structure of the water. The water is mainly H3O2 and less H2O.
That´s why there is a plus of electrons and this is the reason for the high pH. Of course this structure is not 100% stabile, because the water wants to come back in the H2O structure, which will
be if it has longer contact with air or oxygen.
Against all the other waters with higher pH the icelandic water has nearly no minerals inside and the high oxygen content (molecular).
For that speciality there is a study from Prof.Pollack (University of Washington) about the hexagonal structure of natural glacial water: www.pollacklab.org
The old recommendation from WHO has no information about this type of water.
It is the best water in the world on natural base and some parts of the water in the human body has the same structure (H3O2).
An optimal basis for a modern, nutrition-conscious kitchen.
